Roger and his wife, Colleen (who recently went to be with the Lord), have been part of the Island Pond family for almost 30 years. He currently serves as one of the deacons and helps out in a number of other areas. He is passionate about photography and you will likely see him with a camera around his neck, taking pictures, at the Sunday service and other events. He also helps out around the church, wherever needed, such as with the prayer small group, men’s breakfasts, and keeping in touch with missionaries.
Roger is a native of New Hampshire. Before his wife, Colleen, passed last year, they would enjoy traveling around the Southwest and taking photos of all their adventures. His favorite verse is from Lamentations 3: 22-23, which says, “The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.”
