Bob Desjardins

Bob and his wife, Terri, first came to Island Pond in 1991, where they both came to faith in Christ. A few years later, they joined a small group sent out to help plant a mission church in Haverhill, MA. While there, Bob served in a variety of roles, including Children’s Church, Hospitality, Adult Bible Study, Evangelism Outreach, Nursing Home Ministry, and as a Deacon for three years. Roger Doyon

Roger and his wife, Colleen (who recently went to be with the Lord), have been part of the Island Pond family for almost 30 years. He currently serves as one of the deacons and helps out in a number of other areas. He is passionate about photography and you will likely see him with a camera around his neck, taking pictures, at the Sunday service and other events. Danny Driggers

Danny and his wife, Anne Marie, have been part of Island Pond for nearly three years. Danny serves in the worship ministry, helping out in the sound and media booth. He’s also been involved on the Property and Grounds committee and is currently serving on the Administration committee. A native Floridian and proud Gators fan, Danny moved to New England for his job overseeing the network for a power company across the U.S. and Canada. He and Anne Marie love…

Tim Kopacz

Tim and his wife Lydia grew up in the New Hampshire area and Lydia even attended Island Pond as a child. They have five children. Lydia leads a women’s group and also helps out in children’s ministry. Tim serves a deacon and helps out on the team that oversees the property and grounds.

Eric Porter

Eric and his wife Karen have been attending Island Pond since 2016. Eric loves all sports but particularly ice hockey, where he was a USA Ice Hockey Official for 20 years. He enjoys spending time with his family and has two grown children and five grandchildren. Eric and Karen have been married for 38 years. He has worked in the lumber industry for over 42 years.
Deacon and Worship Director

Richard Wright

Richard serves as a deacon and worship director. As the worship director, he is usually the one leading worship on Sunday and also oversees all things related to the singing, musicians, and technology in the service. He is married to Melinda, who serves in children’s Sunday School as well as the Manna Ministry. They have four adult children.
