Adam first attended Island Pond 35 years ago and was the youth pastor here in the 1990s. After that he left to pastor at another church for nine years but returned to Island Pond in 2015. Kyle serves as the Senior Pastor at Island Pond. By the grace of God, Kyle provides spiritual leadership for the church and is the primary preacher on Sunday morning. His goal is for Island Pond to carry out the command of Jesus to go and make disciples (Matthew 28:18-20). Prior to attending seminary, Kyle worked for a number of years as a hospital social worker before earning a Master of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and then a Doctor…

Ricardo put his faith in Jesus when he was a professional soccer player in Brazil. He worked as a church planter and pastor for many years and is now a licensed mental health counselor in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He is married to his amazing wife, Maria, and has one daughter. In addition to serving as a lay pastor, Ricardo leads a small group during the week and also heads up the greeting team on Sunday morning.
