The time goes by so quick. That is why it is important that we are intentional every day about raising our children to know and love God. At Island Pond, we want to stand beside you in accomplishing that goal.
Each Sunday, we strive to foster a safe, loving, and fun environment that will help your children learn more about God.
During The 10:30am Church Service
Before the 10:30am Sunday service, children between 0 and 3 can be immediately dropped off in the nursery. The older children, up through middle school, will stay in the sanctuary during the singing to worship with their families. After the singing the pastor will announce when it is time for the kids to be dismissed. Parents are then asked to escort their kids to the lobby and sign them into the children’s program. Children are also always welcome to stay in the service with their family, if the parents prefer.
Here are the classes currently offered:
- 0-3 nursery
- 4-7 children’s church
- 8-10 children’s church
- 11-13 junior church
We also have a room across the hall from the sanctuary that has a live stream of the service on a television for parents to take a child who may not be ready to separate and not able to stay in the sanctuary.
