In this new series, Pastor Kyle talks about what it means to live the good life. Many people see “the good life” as success, money, or vacation. While there is nothing wrong with these things, we should not depend upon them for ultimate happiness. Instead, we should live a gospel-centered life and let happiness flow out of our relationship with Jesus Christ. Through the gospel we can still enjoy material things, but we will never depend upon them.
A gospel-centered Christian can enjoy a good steak, but instead of turning to it for happiness, he will enjoy it while thinking, “Lord, thank you for providing me with such an amazing steak!”
