On the original Palm Sunday many people were cheering for Jesus as he entered Jerusalem. But they were cheering for him because they were expecting him to be their earthly king. He came for something greater, but very different than being an earthly king. In this sermon, Pastor Kyle asks the question, “Why are you cheering for Jesus?” Are you cheering for him for the right reasons? Or have you confused him with someone that is here to serve your needs?
Jesus is not your genie, he is your savior!
