Jenn has been part of Island Pond for the past year and a half and shares how God has used the church to be a blessing to her.
Jenn’s Testimony
“My family and I moved to New Hampshire a year and a half ago for my husband’s job. It was not a move that I wanted to make at all because I was moving away from my family. At first, it was really difficult moving here in the middle of December and not knowing anyone and it took quite a toll on my mental state. That first week we decided to look for a church and came across Island Pond. I thank God we found Island Pond Baptist Church because it was literally the only thing that got me through! Everyone was so kind and genuinely loving and caring to me and my family! I immediately felt at home and joined the women’s Bible study, started helping out with the monthly spaghetti dinner, and helping out in the nursery. Being around all these amazing people, attending the worship service on Sunday, and having an opportunity to serve has helped me to grow spiritually.
