Adam first attended Island Pond 32 years ago and was the youth pastor here in the 1990s. After that he left to pastor at another church for nine years but returned to Island Pond in 2015. Since that time he has served as a deacon, helped in the teaching ministry, and volunteered with the youth. In 2023 he was officially voted into the new position of lay pastor. He is married to Debbie and has four adult sons and a growing number of grandchildren.
