Roger Doyon
Roger and his wife, Colleen (who recently went to be with the Lord), have been part of the Island Pond family for almost 30 years. He currently serves as one of the deacons and helps out in a number of other areas. He is passionate about photography and you will likely see him with a camera around his neck, taking pictures, at the Sunday service and other events. Deacon and Youth Director
Steve Miller
Steve has been with Island Pond for 27 years. He serves as a deacon and is the director of youth ministries. As if he didn’t do enough already, he also occasionally teaches an adult Bible study group and works with the fellowship team that plan all the amazing potluck meals and other yummy events throughout the year.

Eric Porter
Eric and his wife Karen have been attending Island Pond since 2016. Eric loves all sports but particularly ice hockey, where he was a USA Ice Hockey Official for 20 years. He enjoys spending time with his family and has two grown children and five grandchildren. Eric and Karen have been married for 38 years. He has worked in the lumber industry for over 42 years.
Bill Watson
Bill and Lois have been part of Island Pond since 2020. Bill leads a men’s group, serves on the greeting team with his wife, and is also a deacon.
Deacon and Worship Director
Richard Wright
Richard serves as a deacon and worship director. As the worship director, he is usually the one leading worship on Sunday and also oversees all things related to the singing, musicians, and technology in the service. He is married to Melinda, who serves in children’s Sunday School as well as the Manna Ministry. They have four adult children.
